Mark J. Chmielarski rejoins the Orlando office of Greenspoon Marder as a shareholder in the Real Estate and Litigation practice groups.
Mr. Chmielarski brings more than 23 years of legal experience to Greenspoon Marder. Mr. Chmielarski concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial lending, commercial and residential real estate, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation. His breadth of experience in real estate closings ranges from representing commercial lenders in multi-million dollar revolving line of credit loans involving multi-state collateral, to closing transactions involving single asset borrowers and owner occupied properties, to representing lenders and buyers in closings for single family residences, condominiums, and townhomes.
Mr. Chmielarski is admitted to the Florida Bar, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit Bar and U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida Bar. He is a member of the Volusia County Association for Responsible Development (“VCARD”), the Flagler County Association for Responsible Development (“FCARD”), the Coastal Conservation Association, and Knights of Columbus, Council 12761.
Mr. Chmielarski earned his law degree from Emory University School of Law and his Bachelor’s from Florida International University.
