Helen Dolland joins the Port St. Lucie office of Greenspoon Marder as an associate in the Wills, Trusts & Estates department.
Dolland has previous experience in Public Interest Law, where she has advocated for abused, abandoned and neglected children, and represented clients in Guardianship, Probate, Estate Planning, Baker Acts, Marchman Acts, Juvenile Dependency, and Family Law. She has also served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office, where she has prosecuted felonies, misdemeanors and drug offenses, and performed criminal intake procedures.
Admitted to the Florida Bar, Dolland holds a court admission for the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association and a Pro Bono Attorney in the Guardian ad Litem Program for the 17th Circuit. Dolland received her Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University and her Bachelor of Liberal Studies from Barry University. She also earned her Paralegal Diploma from the Legal Careers Institute, and her Associate of Applied Science from Charles Stewart Mott Community College.
