Law firm takes 65k sf at Ft. Lauderdale office tower

Greenspoon Marder has acquired 65,000 square feet in one of Fort Lauderdale’s tallest office towers. The firm will occupy four floors of the building, located at 200 East Broward Boulevard and Northeast Third Avenue.
