Marla Neufeld, a surrogacy attorney at Greenspoon Marder Law, spoke at the Lunch & Learn discussion series hosted by Family Court Services on April 15, 2015 in Miami.

An Overview of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) in Florida Through the Eyes of a Couple Seeking to Have a Child.” Neufeld discussed Florida’s laws on ART and how they impact the way families are being created with new technologies. She was joined by the Honorable Judge Scott Bernstein, a circuit unified family court/complex litigation division judge and administrative judge in the circuit family division.
Neufeld presented to an audience of lawyers, judges, mental health professionals and mediators. Nine judges and a group of scientists from Miami Dade College were in attendance.
