Port St. Lucie, Fla. – June 23, 2014 – Nico Apfelbaum, an attorney in the Collections and Creditors’ Rights, Corporate & Business, and Litigation practice groups of Greenspoon Marder Law’s Port St. Lucie office, was elected Vice President of the Port St. Lucie Bar Association.
Apfelbaum concentrates his practice in the areas of collections, creditors’ rights, and commercial and UCC litigation for banks and other institutional creditors. He also represents businesses, investors and individuals in a variety of business and contractual disputes.
A member of The Florida Bar, Apfelbaum holds court admissions for the U.S. District Court, Middle and Southern District of Florida. He is a Board Member for the Skobel Charitable Foundation and a member of the Economic Development Council of St. Lucie County. Apfelbaum is also a member of the St. Lucie County Bar Association, a member of the Class of 2014 of the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County’s Emerging Leadership Project, and a graduate of Leadership St. Lucie by the St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce. He received both his Juris Doctorate and Bachelor in Finance from the University of Florida.
