If you are not a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident, please download your I-94 form on every new entry to the U.S. There is an extremely high rate of error on these admissions, and the I-94 governs your lawful stay in the U.S. (not your passport, not your visa, not your prior petition approval).
Registration of Change of Address Notice: The U.S. immigration law requires any alien, including legal permanent residents of the United States, to notify USCIS in writing of each change of address and provide USCIS with the new address within 10 days from the date of such change. To do this, each alien must complete form AR-11. U.S. immigration law considers failure to give written notice to USCIS a misdemeanor crime, subject to fine, detention, and removal from the United States.
