Study: Law firms going west in Tampa for space

Although many Tampa law firms are having to migrate to the Westshore to find adequate space, Greenspoon Marder has signed a lease for 11,000 square feet in the city’s downtown business district. “I never try to predict how big one of our offices will be, but we have plans to make Tampa a great location wherever the winds blow us. I’ve always thought Tampa is our next major growth opportunity. I think 11,000 square feet will be enough for 10 lawyers. It’s really hard to find enough contiguous space,” said managing partner Gerry Greenspoon.
