New York, NY – October 25, 2018 – Greenspoon Marder partners Arthur D. Ettinger, Mark S. Fawer and Robert M. Mr. Ettinger has extensive experience litigating and advising clients in all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including complex financial and custody issues, equitable distribution, child support.
Mr. Preston handles highly complex domestic relations cases and appeals. He has conducted a substantial number of custody and financial trials relating to all phases of family law in the Supreme and Family Courts in New York City and its surrounding counties.
Mr. Fawer focuses a substantial part of his practice on a broad range of real estate and real estate financing matters including the representation of institutional, fund and private capital sources in every aspect of subordinate and senior bridge real estate financing, including mezzanine lending, B-notes and preferred equity investments covering every major asset type, such as for rental and for sale residential, hospitality, retail, office, student housing, mixed use and industrial properties.
Ms. Steiner handles all aspects of family law, including custody, paternity, divorce, separation, and litigation, as well as drafting pre and post marital agreements.
Ms. Fox has a broad-based practice, comprised of three principal areas: commercial litigation, entertainment law, and family law. In her commercial practice, she has represented a variety of corporate and individual clients in various breach of contract matters.
