Arthur D. Ettinger is a partner and co-chair of the Matrimonial & Family Law practice group in Greenspoon Marder’s New York office. Mr. Ettinger has extensive experience litigating and advising clients in all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including complex financial and custody issues, equitable distribution, child support. He is accomplished in successfully negotiating and drafting pre and post nuptial agreements and separation agreements, as well as litigating and taking such matters to trial when an amicable resolution is not possible.
Mark Fawer is a partner in the Real Estate practice group at Greenspoon Marder. Mr. Fawer focuses his practice on the representation of institutional, fund and private capital sources in every aspect of senior and subordinate real estate financing and equity investment, including stretch senior, bridge and mezzanine lending, B-notes and preferred equity and joint venture investments, covering every major asset type, such as for rental and for sale residential, hospitality, retail, office, student housing, mixed use and industrial properties. In his practice, Mr. Fawer has helped structure cutting edge financings and investments in some of the most challenging contexts.
Diane Steiner is a senior counsel in Greenspoon Marder’s Family Law practice group. She handles all aspects of family law, including custody, paternity, divorce, separation, and litigation, as well as drafting pre and post marital agreements.
BriAnne Copp is a senior counsel in the Family Law practice group at Greenspoon Marder. She advises clients on all aspects of family and matrimonial matters including prenuptial and post nuptial agreements, contested divorce proceedings, custody and child support disputes, post-judgment actions and appeals. She has appeared before the Supreme and Family Courts in New York, Kings, Westchester, and surrounding counties, and argued before the Appellate Division, First Department. As well as an experienced litigator, Ms. Copp is a trained mediator, having completed her training through the Center for Understanding in Conflict.
