Dariel Abrahamy is a commercial litigator at Greenspoon Marder. Mr. Abrahamy focuses his practice on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, contract and business disputes, commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters, foreclosures, broker disputes, quiet title actions, escrow deposit matters, appeals, and collections. Mr. Abrahamy practices in both state and federal courts.

A South Florida native, Mr. Abrahamy has worked for Greenspoon Marder for over 20 years. As a partner in Greenspoon Marder’s litigation practice group, Mr. Abrahamy handles all aspects of litigation, from case inception through trial. Mr. Abrahamy also handles appeals, including oral argument, and has multiple reported decisions.

Mr. Abrahamy prides himself on being detail-oriented while at the same time focusing on the big picture of litigation. Mr. Abrahamy recognizes that he has an obligation to advocate for his clients. He strives to provide his clients with high-level, personalized, responsive client service in a cost-effective manner. Each client has a goal when they hire a lawyer. Hirschenson v. Compu-Link Corporation of MI, 389 So. 3d 574 (Fla. 3d DCA 2023) (affirming trial court’s reformation of enhanced life estate date, clarifying a mother’s right to mortgage the property).
Wiggins v. Tigrent, Inc., 147 So.3d 76 (Fla. 2nd DCA 2014) (obtained reversal on appeal of judgment entered against individual in case of first impression in Florida. Case involved whether individual waived his right to object to personal jurisdiction by failing to raise the issue until after the entry of default judgment).
Trial attorney on complex commercial litigation cases, including commercial foreclosures, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, guarantees, and evictions.
