Fort Lauderdale, Fla., June 20, 2011- The law firm of Greenspoon Marder has announced that shareholder, Brian S. McHugh has been certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Court Mediator to all judicial circuit courts throughout the state of Florida. Mr. McHugh will be providing Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services relating to a broad range of civil disputes including commercial matters; contracts; wills and estate matters; insurance; real estate; construction; product liability; personal injury; and wrongful death. His experience throughout his legal career in Uniform Commercial Code and other business-related disputes provides a solid foundation for his mediation practice.
McHugh is a member of Greenspoon Marder’s Litigation Practice Group, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial, banking, real estate, probate, trust, and appellate litigation. McHugh serves a diverse client base, including banks; savings and loan associations; developers, landlords, and tenants; estates; large and small corporations; and government-related entities. He is resident at the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, located at 200 E. Broward Blvd., Suite 1500.
