Ami Arcot is an associate in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. He is experienced in handling a wide array of commercial disputes, including those related to contracts, securities, employment, real estate, and trademark issues.
Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder, Mr. Arcot was a Commercial Litigation Associate at a New York-based law firm, where he successfully litigated on behalf of clients in the energy sector, including renewable energy solar developers and advisory firms. He also successfully represented pro bono clients before the Southern District of New York and the Social Security Administration. Mr. Arcot is adept at managing and supervising all aspects of cases throughout their life cycle, handling discovery processes, drafting legal documents, and conducting legal research to assist in forming litigation strategies.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and prior to that, Mr. Arcot graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and minors in Management and Public Policy.
