Austin Tridente

Austin Tridente is an associate in Greenspoon Marder LLP’s Insurance Recovery and Counseling and Litigation practice groups. He focuses his practice on representing policyholders in complex insurance coverage and recovery matters. Mr. Tridente assists clients in developing and executing effective litigation strategies to maximize insurance recoveries and resolve disputes across a wide range of coverage areas.

Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder, Mr. Tridente was an associate at a general practice law firm, where he concentrated on general liability insurance coverage matters. He gained extensive experience drafting and managing key litigation documents, including dispositive, procedural, and discovery motions, as well as breach of contract complaints, discovery requests and responses, and cross-complaints involving complex insurance issues. He also has experience preparing mediation briefs and representing his clients at settlement conferences, resulting in the successful resolution of complex issues. Mr. Tridente’s background in civil and business litigation, coupled with international law, further informs his strategic approach to navigating multifaceted insurance disputes.
