Overview

Evan Glasser is a member of the firm’s Wills, Trust & Estates practice group. Mr. Glasser has substantial experience in representing a variety of regional and national clients involved with business disputes, contract disputes and real estate related disputes throughout Florida. He also practices and regularly handles matters involving commercial and residential foreclosures, consumer finance litigation, country club litigation, creditors’ rights and disputes with condominium and homeowners’ associations relating to liens and the collection of assessments. Mr. Glasser’s extensive trial experience, motion practice and courtroom skills assist in providing the best representation and results for his clients.

Mr. Glasser earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University. Following graduation, he worked as a financial analyst for an information technology management and consulting firm in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Glasser earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida College of Law in 2002. After law school, Mr. Glasser accepted a position as an Assistant State Attorney at the Office of the State Attorney in Broward County. For over three years, he served the people of the State of Florida as a prosecutor of serious crimes in both the Economic Crime and Misdemeanor Units. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association. He is a 2014 graduate of Leadership Ft. Lauderdale and currently serves as a Sub-Committee Co-Chair and a prior graduate of the program. Additionally, he is the current Co-Chair of the Horizons Leadership Program for the Jewish Federation of Broward County. Mr. Glasser also served as a pre-law teaching volunteer at Fischer High School at the Posnack School.

Mr. Glasser remains actively committed to various youth programs and initiatives having participated as a pre-law teaching volunteer at Fischer High School at the Posnack School, coaching youth soccer and regularly volunteering at different youth enrichment programs and organizations.
