Garrett Anderson

Garrett Anderson is an associate in Greenspoon Marder LLP’s Litigation practice group. He represents clients in complex litigation matters across a wide range of industries, with experience spanning intellectual property disputes, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, unfair trade practices, employment matters, and class actions.
Before joining Greenspoon Marder, Mr. Anderson practiced at a national litigation firm where he represented clients in federal and state courts, including high-profile matters for corporate executives and public figures. He has extensive litigation experience ranging from trial preparation and motions practice to taking depositions and drafting appellate briefs.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Anderson began his career at an intellectual property firm, Patterson + Sheridan, which Vault has recognized as one of the leading boutique firms in the country. He represented clients in patent infringement actions involving the health care, oil and gas, and biotechnology industries. He also served as a federal judicial extern to the Honorable Alan D Albright of the Western District of Texas.
