Joshua J. Remedios

Joshua J. Remedios is a partner in the Hospitality, Alcohol and Leisure Industry Group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. He focuses his practice on the laws governing alcohol beverages, commercial business transactions for hospitality venues, licensing, and zoning.

His experience includes representing prominent clients in various land use and zoning matters, civil litigation proceedings and appeals, criminal defense of alleged violations of alcohol beverage laws, mergers and acquisitions within the alcohol industry, and lease and management agreements for commercial venues. Mr. Remedios also counsels and advocates for clients regarding all aspects of alcohol beverage licensing.

Recognized in the Nationwide: Food & Beverage category of Chambers & Partners, Mr. Remedios’ experience includes appearing before various boards at the state and local levels on behalf of his clients to help navigate the regulatory landscape as well as providing operational and compliance guidance.
