Mr. Cruz is extremely well-versed in municipal zoning and land use issues and the administrative entitlement process in most municipalities in Florida. He has prosecuted virtually all types of administrative entitlements, including conditional use permits and variance requests. He has appeared before many planning and zoning boards, special master tribunals, and city commissions throughout the state, advocating at quasi-judicial proceedings for clients on a wide range of issues.
