Kimberly Rasnake*

Kimberly Rasnake is a Florida Registered Paralegal and Licensing Operations Coordinator in the Hospitality, Alcohol and Leisure Industry Group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. She works with diverse alcohol retail clients, including bars, restaurants, hotels, movie theaters, bowling alleys, lounges and nightclubs etc. Ms. Rasnake handles numerous alcohol licensing and local business permitting matters as well as ongoing interaction and communications with various government agencies. She has vast experience in preparing due diligence reports, license applications and regulatory filings, along with obtaining required municipal licenses and approvals for various business and alcohol uses as required for submission of licensing applications with the TTB, DABT, Florida Department of Hotels & Restaurants, Florida Department of Revenue and various local jurisdictions throughout the State of Florida and other state agencies. She additionally assists with the completion of local land use applications and preparation for public hearings before county and municipal governments throughout the State of Florida.
