Madison M. Marder is an associate in the Litigation, Corporate & Business, and Insurance Recovery and Counseling practice groups. Her practice primarily focuses on complex business litigation, insurance recovery, real estate disputes, and corporate & transactional law.
Ms. Marder brings experience across multifaceted practice areas. She has played a key role in handling sophisticated and high-stakes legal challenges, including class action litigation, insurance recovery for professional athletes, real estate issues, and corporate and transactional matters. Ms. Marder received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 2022. During law school, Ms. Marder was the lead legal writer on the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (VICAM) team. The team fosters the development of international legal writing, arbitration, and oral advocacy skills among its members. With Ms. Marder’s leadership, her team received the honor of best memorandum in the 5th Annual Asian International Arbitration Centre Pre-Moot Competition.
Preceding law school, Ms. Marder earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, and International Studies at San Diego State University, graduating with honors in 2018.
