Overview

Michele R. Clancy is a partner and the Supervising Attorney in the Financial Services practice group at Greenspoon Marder. She focuses her practice on representing lenders and services throughout Florida in residential and commercial mortgage foreclosure.  She handles mediations, litigation, and trials. Ms. Clancy also assists lenders in compliance issues, loss mitigation, modification agreements, and senior lien monitoring.

Ms. Clancy received her Bachelors of Art degree from Benedictine College with a double major in Political Science and Sociology. She attended Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center where she received her J.D. She graduated from law school with a Pro Bono Award for her extensive volunteer work assisting children in the dependency system through the Guardian Ad Litem program. Ms. Clancy has practiced in various areas of law including, family law, commercial litigation, construction lien, collections, community association law and residential foreclosures.
