Rebecca Bristol-Sanchez

Rebecca Bristol-Sanchez is an associate in Greenspoon Marder’s Real Estate practice group, where she represents buyers, sellers, developers, and lenders in commercial real estate transactions across Florida.

Ms. Bristol-Sanchez handles deals from contract through closing, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. She drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, commercial loan documentation, and closing materials for institutional and private lenders. Her practice covers acquisition, refinance, bridge, construction, and pre-development financing, as well as loan modifications.

Ms. Bristol-Sanchez also works to resolve title and underwriting issues in commercial and residential transactions, including litigation-related exceptions, recorded defects, and lien priority matters. She reviews reciprocal easements, cross-access agreements, and restrictive covenants affecting commercial properties. She also advises clients on entity formation and transaction structuring, including operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and intercompany arrangements, and drafts and negotiates commercial leases.

Before joining Greenspoon Marder, Ms. Bristol-Sanchez worked as a real estate associate at a Miami law firm, where she represented buyers, sellers, and developers in commercial acquisitions and dispositions, conducted commercial due diligence, and handled high-value residential transactions, including FIRPTA compliance matters. She began her legal career as a real estate paralegal, coordinating residential and commercial closings and supporting litigation and probate matters, experience that gives her a practical understanding of the closing process from every viewpoint.
