Richard Minzberg

Richard Minzberg is an associate in the Corporate & Business practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. He has developed a broad practice on a wide range of transactional matters, including representing clients in negotiating and drafting M&A transaction documents, joint venture agreements, real estate purchase/sale agreements, and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Minzberg gained business experience as a sales director for Healthybud Corp., a North American pet wellness brand, and in real estate development as a partner and in-house counsel for The Foundry Phase 3.

Mr. Minzberg provided legal counsel to the Foundry during its due diligence and closing of a major multifamily property.
