Greenspoon Marder Represents Client AppHub as Lead Counsel in Acquisition of REVIEWS.io

New York, N.Y. – December 1, 2022 – Greenspoon Marder is proud to announce the firm’s representation as lead counsel for client AppHub, in its acquisition of REVIEWS.io. Powered by a $60 million growth investment provided by Silversmith Capital Partners committed in 2021, this strategic acquisition of REVIEWS.io marks the eighth acquisition from our client in which Greenspoon Marder served as lead counsel, and thus far the largest one to date for the software platform company. As part of the acquisition, REVIEWS.io founder and CEO Callum McKeefery will join the AppHub Board.

The Greenspoon Marder team representing AppHub in this deal, among other members, includes Corporate & Business partner Eric Simonson and associate Richard Minzberg, along with Tax partner James “Jim” Guadiana assisting with tax-related advice.
