Taylor Mutell is an associate in Greenspoon Marder’s Intellectual Property practice group, where she helps businesses secure and protect their brand names, logos, and slogans in the United States and abroad.
Ms. Mutell guides emerging brands through the trademark process, from selecting and clearing new product names and slogans to filing applications and managing IP portfolios. She also handles international trademark filings, working directly with foreign associates and managing litigation overseas.
Ms. Mutell also prepares clearance opinions, analyzes potential infringement, and drafts cease-and-desist letters. She also represents clients in Opposition and Cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
