Victor S. Kline
Partner and Co-General Counsel
Victor S. Kline serves as the firm’s Co-General Counsel. In this capacity, he handles all matters related to the Rules of Professional Conduct, including conflicts of interest. Mr. Kline was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1984. He is also admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States; the United States Court of Appeals for the First, Fourth and Eleventh Circuits, and the United States District Court, Southern District and Middle District of Florida. Mr. Kline graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. He has been an “AV” rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell since 2003.
