Greenspoon Marder Named As Best Law Firm

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL (Wed., Sept. 15, 2010) – U.S. News Media Group and Best Lawyers have named Greenspoon Marder, a full-service business law firm, among the 2010 Best Law Firms in the nation.

Rankings are based on a comprehensive survey of clients and leading lawyers, who rate the firms they consider best in each practice area. Greenspoon Marder ranked in tier one – the highest possible – for its Trusts and Estates and Legal Malpractice (Plaintiff and Defendant) groups.

In addition, the Personal Injury Litigation Group placed in the third tier, competing with firms that focus solely on this area of law and churn out thousands of cases annually. Conversely, Greenspoon Marder founded its Personal Injury Group – uncommon for business law firms – in order to address clients’ personal needs, as well as professional. The boutique group is made up of experienced trial attorneys who focus on client service and rely on word-of-mouth and client referrals.

The 2010 Best Law Firm national rankings will be published in the October print issue of U.S. News & World Report and will be posted online at www.usnews.com/bestlawfirms. The rankings are intended to help guide referring lawyers and clients in need of quality legal services.
