Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – May 28, 2014 – Gerald Greenspoon, co-founding shareholder of Greenspoon Marder Law, has been selected for Power Leaders in Law and Accounting by the South Florida Business Journal.
The list, which features 100 individuals throughout the region, highlights those that have achieved noteworthy accomplishments within the community and their respective industries.
Greenspoon has gained national recognition for his work in the areas of real estate development, resort and timeshare development, condominium conversions, and finance and transactions.
As an active member of the South Florida community, Greenspoon is a Major Gifts donor and Corporate Partner to the Jewish Federation of Broward County, a Major Gifts donor and Investor’s Circle member with Junior Achievement of South Florida, a Major Gifts donor and Founders’ Circle member with Jewish Adoption and Foster Care Options (JAFCO), a Founding Trustee of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, a Trustee Member of the American Resort Development Association and a member of the Florida Land Title Association.
Greenspoon is admitted to The Florida Bar and is a member of the American Bar Association. He received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University and his License of Laws from the University of Ottawa. Greenspoon earned his Bachelor of Commerce from Sir George Williams University in Montreal, Canada.
