Ms. Hampton brings over 30 years of legal experience in transactional, corporate, regulatory, and litigation matters, with a focus on the sports and hospitality industries. She has led over $100 million in brand partnerships, major M&A deals, and complex disputes, and is known for minimizing litigation risk and resolving regulatory challenges. Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder, she served as Chief Legal Officer for a Fortune 1000 company and guided a national firm through a significant acquisition.
