Atlanta – June 30, 2022 – Greenspoon Marder attorney Alan S. Clarke was recently invited to join as a member of the Lawyers Club of Atlanta. Founded in 1922 by twelve members of the bar, the Lawyers Club of Atlanta has a present membership of approximately 1800 members, consisting of lawyers and judges primarily from the Atlanta metropolitan area. In the years since its founding, the Club has grown from a small coalition of lawyers determined to improve the standards of the legal profession in the local community to a highly diverse group who enjoy the privilege of an ethical and professional practice made possible in large part by the ideals of the founders.
Mr. Clarke joins Greenspoon Marder attorneys Julian Fortuna and Bruce Siegal as members of the organization, currently chaired by Fulton County State Court Judge Susan Edlein.
With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Clarke concentrates his practice on entertainment industry matters, including contract drafting and negotiations, trademark and copyright sales and acquisitions and corporate law, as well as infringement issues and litigation. He regularly represents and counsels entertainment companies, athletes, actors, performers, producers, writers, publishers, and artists. As a seasoned practitioner, Mr. Clarke has extensive knowledge of the television, film and music industries, including the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
