Ms. Lewis’ topic “Florida Medical Marijuana Law for Estate Planning and Business Lawyers” will cover the current status of the Florida medical marijuana law, how estate planners should incorporate the option for medical marijuana in an advance health care directive; the process for getting licensed to dispense and sell; and opportunities for business clients given federal law.

Ms. Lewis focuses her practice on land use, zoning, environmental and governmental law.
