Atlanta – December 8, 2023 – Greenspoon Marder of counsel Bruce Siegal attended the Sports Business Journal’s Intercollegiate Athletics Forum (IAF) earlier this week in Las Vegas, NV. The forum was particularly significant and newsworthy this year, as the paradigm shifts towards the transformation of NCAA rules and guidelines regarding the rights of college athletes to permit commercial use of their respective Right of Publicity (RoP).”

During the conference, the NCAA proposed monumental changes to the name, image and likeness (NIL) rules, which are detailed in the letter by the NCAA President Charlie Baker.
