New York, NY – July 2, 2018 – Greenspoon Marder attorney, Harlan Greenman, has been appointed to the New York City Bar’s Real Property Law Committee. The Real Property Law Committee addresses legal and policy issues pertaining to the commercial real estate community in New York City. In addition, the Committee serves in an advisory capacity for relevant legislation and the greater real property legal community.
Mr. Greenman is of counsel in Greenspoon Marder’s Real Estate practice group. He focuses his practice on financing on behalf of lenders and borrowers as well as leasing on behalf of tenants and landlords across all types of real estate. He has been involved with the development of over ten million square feet of newly created and/or redeveloped office and retail space, with transactions ranging in size from several million dollars to billions of dollars.
