Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – August 4, 2023 – Greenspoon Marder senior counsels Joseph MacLellan and Gai Sher represented client B Generous in a partnership deal with NFL player Damar Hamlin from the Buffalo Bills. This collaboration enhances the flagship Donate Now, Pay Later™ technology developed by B Generous that gives individuals the financial freedom to donate to their favorite nonprofit organizations by allowing them to make donations without spending any money out of pocket now. Instead, B Generous sends the full donation to the nonprofit on the donors’ behalf, and the donor then has the convenience of paying the donation over time in smaller monthly installments. This joint venture will give Mr. Hamlin a stake in the company, as well as the opportunity to work alongside the executive team at B Generous in developing strategic guidance and further improving the goal of increasing capital and cash flow for nonprofits. This includes making donations more accessible when urgent causes arise, allowing millions to give back even if a donor does not have the immediate funds available. B Generous’ innovative Donate Now, Pay Later™ product is currently used by many national leading nonprofits, including United Way, The Jewish Federation, and The Humane Society, among others.
