Larry Corman is a partner with Greenspoon Marder’s Litigation practice group. Mr. Corman has represented residents and communities in connection with developer turnovers, including Boca West, Broken Sound, Mizner Country Club, Boca Pointe and Deering Bay Yacht and Country Club. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1983, Mr. Corman is a Harvard Law School graduate and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Dana Somerstein is a partner with Greenspoon Marder’s Real Estate and Banking & Finance practice groups, representing clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, including counseling developers and lenders on the acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of both commercial and residential properties. She has experience working throughout the United States closing transactions involving retail, mixed-use, multi-family, hotel, office, warehouse, condominium, automobile dealership and self-storage.
Rilyn Carnahan is senior counsel with Greenspoon Marder’s Bankruptcy & Reorganization practice group. Ms. Carnahan concentrates her practice on the representation of trustees, creditors, creditors’ committees, and debtors in matters concerning Chapters 7, 11 and 13. In addition to bankruptcy, her practice also includes reorganizations & restructuring, insolvency and receiverships.
