Michael Marder and Gerald Greenspoon founded the firm over a handshake in 1981, focusing the practice on commercial litigation and timeshare and resort law. Today, the firm has more than 240 attorneys in 26 offices throughout the U.S. They have been selected since the inaugural edition in 2018.
