GREENSPOON MARDER DONATES ARTWORK OF AWARD-WINNING COLLECTION TO
CLEVELAND CLINIC DEPARTMENT OF CARDIOLOGY
Fort Lauderdale, FL – August 8, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder recently donated award-winning pieces of Tracy Ellyn’s “On the Undulation of Trees” collection to Cleveland Clinic. The pieces have been added to the hospital’s Department of Cardiology to help create an uplifting environment for those undergoing treatment. Greenspoon Marder Chief Marketing Officer, Michelle Martinez Reyes, and Ms. Ellyn met with the hospital’s Chief of Cardiology, Dr. Howard Bush, and Surgeon and Director of The Arts and Medicine Program, Dr. David Friedman, to hand deliver the donated artwork.
This grouping, which visualizes trees as metaphor for blood vessels, expresses the concept of “As without, so within,” and is from her series that was juried into SCOPE/Art Basel 2015 and was included in the hardcover book The Natural World: A Select Collection of Work. It also won the 2016 Award of Excellence from Manhattan Arts International for its “The Healing Power of Art” exhibition.
