ASSOCIATION’S (APA) LEGISLATIVE LUNCHEON IN BROWARD
Fort Lauderdale, FL – August 2, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder was proud to host the Broward Section of the American Planning Association’s Legislative Luncheon on Wednesday, August 2, 2017, at 200 East Broward Boulevard, Suite 1800, Fort Lauderdale. The Florida Chapter of the American Planning Association (APA Florida) is a non-profit organization of professionals, students, and allied professionals providing vision and leadership for the future development and redevelopment of Florida communities.
Greenspoon Marder senior counsel, Matthew Ginder, and APA Florida Legislative Representative, Lester Abberger, were the featured speakers and provided information and updates on important community planning bills, and budget provisions that passed and failed and how they impact state and local governments in Florida.
Mr. Ginder represents various cannabis related businesses assisting in many areas of the industry, including licensing, regulatory and compliance, and business transactions. He also represents individuals and entities interested in investing in state legal cannabis businesses.
