Washington, D.C. — March 24, 2025, Greenspoon Marder expands the firm’s Regulatory Compliance practice group with the addition of new partner, Aliza Malouf.
Ms. Malouf is well-versed in complex litigation and compliance, particularly with TCPA, telemarketing laws, CAN-SPAM, and call recording statutes. She drafts B2B and B2C terms, including SMS/texting and rewards program terms, and aids in developing consent flows and document retention policies. She provides strategic counsel to financial institutions and fintech firms on regulatory challenges related to EFTA/Regulation E, Regulation DD, Regulation Z, NACHA, UDAAP risk, and fintech products like buy now pay later. Her practice includes representing clients in courts and arbitration, handling business claims, and defending against consumer protection law complaints such as RESPA, TILA, FCRA, FDCPA, and TCPA.
