GREENSPOON MARDER HOSTS NEW YORK CITY BAR ASSOCIATION’S
MATRIMONIAL COMMITTEE MEETING

New York, NY – November 16, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder is proud to support and host the New York City Bar Association’s Matrimonial Committee meeting on Thursday, November 16, from 6:00 – 8:00pm, at their New York offices, 590 Madison Avenue, Suite 1800. Guest speaker, Leonard B. Austin, Associate Justice of the Appellate Division, Second Department, will address how appeals make their way through the Second Department. Greenspoon Marder shareholder, Robert M. Preston, currently serves as Chair of the Legislative Subcommittee for the Matrimonial Committee of the NYC Bar.

The NYC Bar’s Matrimonial Law Committee addresses issues related to the family and the practice of matrimonial law including equitable distribution, spousal support, child support, custody, access, same sex marriage, prenuptial, post-nuptial and separation/settlement agreements, financial valuations and forensic valuations.
