New York – February 7, 2024 – Greenspoon Marder announces the relocation of the firm’s New York office from 590 Madison Avenue to the entire 22nd floor of the 1345 Avenue of the Americas tower. The LEED Silver-certified building, with its steel frame construction and glass exterior, is situated in Manhattan’s Plaza District submarket.
In the last few years, Greenspoon Marder has continued to expand its roster of skilled practitioners, particularly in key practice areas such as Corporate, Real Estate, Litigation, Hospitality, and Intellectual Property. The firm’s expansion in the region has led to the continued growth and necessity of a new, larger space to accommodate the growing demand for legal services.
The lease, brokered by Jeffrey Peck and Daniel Horowitz of Savills, effectively expands Greenspoon Marder’s footprint by nearly doubling the space that the previous office held – from 25,000 to 41,000 square feet. Alongside the previously mentioned practice areas, the New York office accommodates attorneys specializing in Construction, Immigration, and Cannabis, as well as Entertainment and Sports.
