Greenspoon Marder Of Counsel Harlan Greenman Featured Speaker At New York City Bar Program: “The Basics Of Representing A Commercial Mortgage Borrower”

New York, NY – August 6, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder of counsel Harlan Greenman will be a featured speaker at the New York City Bar Program: “The Basics of Representing a Commercial Mortgage Borrower” on August 6th. The program will provide attorneys with the basic knowledge and skills to represent a client who is the borrower in a commercial loan transaction. The topics discussed will include borrower’s organization documents, special purpose entities, title reports, title policies and endorsements, among others. Mr. Greenman will present the “Opinion Letters” segment of the program. Mr. Greenman is a Real Property Law Committee member of the New York City Bar.
