Miami – June 5, 2024 – Greenspoon Marder announces partner Alejandro “Alex” I. Leiva has been appointed to serve on the Board of Directors for ArtServe, Inc. (“ArtServe”). ArtServe is a non-profit organization that serves as South Florida’s historic arts incubator and creative laboratory, advancing the arts through innovative programming, artist support, and education.
Embarking on its 33rd year as one of the nation’s original arts incubators, ArtServe hosts over 1,000 events in its 28,000-square-foot facility while welcoming over 125,000 guests each year. ArtServe inspires, supports, and advances its diverse members, artists, and community by promoting artistic development, education, and prosperity through the exploration and presentation of the visual and performing arts.
Mr. Leiva is a member of the Labor and Employment and Litigation practice groups at Greenspoon Marder, providing guidance to employers of all industries and sizes on various aspects of the employment relationship including interviewing, hiring, employee discipline, termination, human resources management, and training.
