Alejandro Leiva is an associate in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder. He concentrates his practice on matters pertaining to employment law.
Mr. Leiva earned his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law where he finished sixth in his class. During law school, Mr. Leiva was an active member of the Law Review and served on the Law Review’s Executive Board as the President of the National Conference of Law Reviews.
He also served as a Judicial Intern for Judge Peter Lopez of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, for Judge Angel Cortiñas of the Third District Court of Appeal of Florida, and for Federal Magistrate Judge Jonathan Goodman of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
