The USCBCC serves as the nation’s leading organization responsible for synthesizing, educating, building, and advancing the business of cannabis through the lens of social equity, financial wellness, and business-to-business collaboration.
The United States CannaBusiness Chamber of Commerce is the vanguard organization within the cannabis industry, giving voice to the needs of cultivators, manufacturers, dispensary owners, medical practitioners, educators, and ancillary business owners. In addition, the USCBCC seeks to raise awareness about the health and wellness benefits of cannabis and highlight gains made within the industry in accordance with all ethical, legal, and legislative considerations.
Ms. Nelson brings more than 20 years of corporate, licensing, and entertainment experience to Greenspoon Marder. As a partner in the firm’s Corporate, Cannabis Law, and Entertainment & Sports, practice groups, Ms. Nelson focuses on transactional and licensing matters for clients in the cannabis, media, technology, sports, and real estate industries. She has substantial experience in all aspects of corporate and entertainment law, including representing cannabis, sports, media, technology, and marketing companies and Grammy award-winning artists, songwriters, and producers.
