Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – March 2, 2022 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that partner Beth-Ann Krimsky has been selected as an honoree for South Florida Business & Wealth’s 2022 Prestigious Women Awards in the Legal category. Her achievements will be celebrated, along with those of all the honorees, during an in-person awards ceremony on Wednesday, April 20, 2022.
The Prestigious Women Awards celebrate the tri-county area’s most preeminent female business leaders and owners. The distinguished leaders are chosen based on their innovation, community advocacy, and success to help drive the South Florida economy.
Ms. Krimsky is a seasoned commercial litigator and trial attorney whose practice includes a broad variety of business cases, including complex real estate and land use litigation, commercial disputes, fraud based litigation, statutory claims and class action defense throughout the nation including marketing, privacy and compliance issues. She has a history of defeating class actions at many stages of the process and bringing early resolution to cases that warrant it to save client time and money. Her practice includes trial work in both federal and state courts as well as alternative dispute resolution forums such as arbitration proceedings. While litigating at all levels of the court system, Ms. Krimsky also serves a role model to attorneys she has helped to mentor both at Greenspoon Marder and in her more global community work.
In addition to Ms. Krimsky’s leadership roles at Greenspoon Marder, she has been dedicated and committed to community service by currently serving on the Executive Board of the Memorial and Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundations, as a member of the City of Plantation Planning and Zoning Board and as a member of the Leadership Council for I Care I Cure Childhood Cancer Foundation, to name only a few of her community activities.
