Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – August 17, 2021 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that partner Beth-Ann Krimsky has been selected as an honoree for South Florida Business & Wealth’s First-Annual 2021 Legal Awards in the Litigation category. Her achievement as a leader in our Firm and the trial bar will be celebrated, along with those of all the honorees, during an in-person awards ceremony on November 4th, 2021 at the Museum of Discovery and Science in Fort Lauderdale.
The Legal Awards celebrate the region’s top-flight attorneys’ accomplishments, acumen, and dedication to their profession; particularly as the South Florida’s legal landscape has become more complex, requiring high levels of service and sophistication in all practice areas.
Ms. Krimsky is a seasoned commercial litigator and trial attorney whose practice includes a broad variety of business cases, including complex real estate and land use litigation, commercial disputes, fraud based litigation, statutory claims and class action defense throughout the nation including marketing, privacy and compliance issues. She has a history of defeating class actions at many stages of the process and bringing early resolution to cases that warrant it to save client time and money. Her practice includes trial work in both federal and state courts as well as alternative dispute resolution forums such as arbitration proceedings. While litigating at all levels of the court system, Ms. Krimsky also serves a role model to attorneys she has helped to mentor both at Greenspoon Marder and in her more global community work.
