Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – August 18, 2021 – Greenspoon Marder represented ATID Investments in the $10 million sale of Primavera Plaza, a 51,594-square-foot commercial center located at 830 and 840 E. Oakland Park Blvd., in Oakland Park. Greenspoon Marder partner David Weisman, a Board Certified Real Estate Lawyer, provided real estate and corporate counsel experience to the seller. The purchaser of the property was 830 Oakland Park LLC, managed by Hudson Capital Group.
