Fort Lauderdale, FL – February 11, 2020 – Greenspoon Marder partner Chad Tamaroff was a featured speaker at the 2020 South East Florida Apartment Association (SEFAA) Landlord Tenant Seminar on January 24th in Fort Lauderdale. Mr. Tamaroff spoke on the “Afternoon Session- Landlord Tenant Round Table Discussion Scenarios: Service Animals / Emotional Support Animals” panel. The 2020 Landlord Tenant Seminar brought attendees in front of 11 panelists who are experts in multifamily law and legal procedure. Attendees engaged with panelists about legal issues most import to the industry through a unique Law & Order format and live poll. The association also welcomed new leadership by inducting the 2020 Board of Directors.
