Fort Lauderdale, FL – March 12, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder partner, Dana Somerstein, was recently appointed to the city of Fort Lauderdale’s Complete Count Advisory Committee on March 5^th. Responsibilities of the committee include recommending methods of disseminating information about the 2020 Census, assisting in publicizing the 2020 Census, and recommending outreach efforts to encourage participation in the 2020 Census.

Dana Somerstein is a partner with Greenspoon Marder’s Real Estate and Banking & Finance practice groups, representing clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, including counseling developers and lenders on the acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of both commercial and residential properties. She has experience working throughout the United States closing transactions involving retail, mixed-use, multi-family, hotel, office, warehouse, condominium, automobile dealership and self-storage.
