Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – July 30, 2021 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that partner Dana Somerstein has been appointed to the 2021–2022 Gold Coast Region Council of Leadership Florida. Members of the Leadership Team will serve as liaisons between the full membership and the Board of Directors.

Ms. Somerstein is a partner with Greenspoon Marder’s Real Estate and Banking & Finance practice groups, representing clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, including counseling developers and lenders on the acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of both commercial and residential properties. She has experience working throughout the United States closing transactions involving retail, mixed-use, multi-family, hotel, office, warehouse, condominium, automobile dealership and self-storage.
